Every vial we sell is tied to a specific production lot, and every lot is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA). The lot number printed on your vial label is the same number you can look up in the lot table on our Lab Reports page to view that lot's test results.
What a COA tells you
- Identity — mass spectrometry (MS) confirms the material in the vial is the compound named on the label, by matching its measured molecular mass.
- Purity — high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) separates the contents and measures what percentage is the target compound versus everything else. Our listed lots report purity of 99% or higher.
- Endotoxin — bacterial endotoxin is measured and reported on the certificate (listed lots: <0.05 EU/mL).
How to verify your lot
- Find the lot number on your vial label.
- Find it in the lot table on our Lab Reports page.
- Match the product name, lot number and test date on the certificate to your vial before you store it.
If a lot number does not return a certificate, contact us before anything else — we will trace it with the laboratory.
Storage — products are lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials. Store sealed vials refrigerated, away from light, exactly as printed on the label.
