Damaged or broken seal
If a vial arrives with a broken seal or visible damage, or if we sent the wrong item, photograph it on the day it arrives and contact us within 48 hours — the item is replaced.
Missing package
If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, contact us within 7 days and we will open a carrier trace and resolve it with you.
Returns
All sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order leaves our facility, its storage conditions (heat, sunlight, handling) cannot be verified, and research materials cannot be re-certified or resold. Please review your order carefully before checkout. Damage on arrival and wrong-item shipments are handled in the sections above — they are not returns.
